PSA Board of Directors

The Board shall consist of one member from Village, consisting of 17 members, and one at large member for a total of 18 Board members. (Amended 4/21/2017)

A director must be an individual, who is a Home Owners Association (HOA) board member of a village, who is an owner of a unit located at the Pointe and a member of Pointe Service Association, Inc.
