The Eagle Pointe PSA Annual meeting will be held Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. - noon at the Eagles Nest.
To ensure a smooth and timely transfer of ownership, sellers and their listing agents must be aware of the following requirements:
- Quarterly PSA Dues:
All properties at The Pointe are subject to quarterly PSA dues and HOA dues.
- Sellers must ensure their listing agent is aware of these dues from the beginning of the transaction.
- Status Letter & Updated Fees:
The listing agent and title company must obtain all updated fees and a status letter by visiting:

- One-Time Fees:
The status letter will outline:
A one-time fee due to the Management Company (currently $328)
PSA Administration fees (currently $500)
Coordination with All Parties:
This information must be provided to:
The Title Company
The Buyer’s Agent
- Failure to follow this process, particularly by out-of-town agents or title companies, can result in delays and additional follow-up. Proper coordination ensures a smooth closing for everyone involved.

The Eagle Pointe Clubhouse pool is reserved for residents and their guests only. If you need a key fob to access the pool, please visit the Golf Pro Shop. The cost is $25, and proof of residency is required at the time of purchase.
