EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The principal officers of the Corporation shall be a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, all of whom shall be elected by the Board of Directors at the annual meeting. Each officer shall be a member of the Corporation or a principal of a legal entity, owning property at the Pointe.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Board of Directors does hereby appoint an Executive Committee of the Board of Directors consisting of the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer and such other At Large Members as the Board shall select, which Committee shall meet on call between meetings of the Board of Directors at the call of the President or the Secretary pursuant to notice required by the Bylaws.
